I am a mental health counselor with experience partnering alongside clients of all ages who hope to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing. I have worked with clients experiencing a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, complex trauma, family/relationship difficulties, and more.  I love being able to facilitate connection and healing with clients in a group setting that feels safe and inclusive. In my free time I enjoy growing plants and exploring with my dogs!
