Get to Know Us
RoundTable Wellness was founded in 2016 in Lafayette, IN. Through witnessing the bravery and openness of the RoundTable Wellness clients, our passion continued to grow and has inspired us to open the second location in Carmel, IN in 2022. We strive to provide compassionate, ethical, and collaborative treatment to change the lives of those struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and other mental health and nutrition concerns.

RoundTable Wellness, LLC strives to bridge a gap in our community by providing quality, multi-disciplinary, multi-level eating disorder treatment for an underserved, high-risk community. We create a non-judgmental, and compassionate environment conducive to clients gaining self-compassion and self-worth while achieving optimal health.
