Our billing team is available to explain cost in detail with each client. Please contact us to learn more about cost and potential payment options!

  • You do not need a referral to start services with us. We do highly value collaboration with your treatment team; therefore, we will obtain a Release of Information for you current care team so that we can collaborate and provide excellent continuity of care.

To start services with us, you can click the “Contact Us” button at the top right of the screen and fill out the form. We will reach out to you by the following business day. You can also call into either office and ask to speak with the intake coordinator during business hours.

Here are some things to know:

    • We will obtain demographics and start your client portal

    • We will schedule an intake assessment (2 assessments if you are seeking services for an eating disorder).

    • We require a $160 deposit to schedule intake assessments. The deposit is refunded or used towards out-of-pocket costs (deductible, copays, etc.) as long as the initial assessment(s) are attended, or we are given > 24-hour notice if cancelled or rescheduled.

    • Once you attend your assessment(s), we will match you with a provider that best suits your clinical needs and scheduling needs.

    • At times our clinical team will meet together before providing a clinical recommendation, but usually a recommendation will be given at the end of your assessment.

  • We understand that there are sometimes very valid reasons for not being able to participate in IOP as it will take up at least 11 hours per week of your time, not including drive time. We will help you weigh out the pros and cons of IOP and help you process and overcome barriers to participating. Sometimes those barriers are not able to be overcome. In those cases, the clinical team will consider a lower level of care for you and continually re-evaluate.

These are some reasons (but not all inclusive) for the clinical team standing firm on higher level of care recommendations:

    • Medically compromised - concerning medical symptoms like low blood pressure

    • Safety risk concerns

    • Severe and excessive symptoms and behaviors

    • Lack of peer or family support at home to help support you outside of treatment times

  • We are always happy to collaborate with your already established treatment team! You do not have to have all your services here. You can have just dietitian services if you have an outside therapist and vice versa. You can also just participate in IOP and continue seeing your individual providers you are already established with.
