RoundTable Wellness eating disorder treatment in Indiana

  • It is important to make services accessible to our community; therefore, we work hard to contract with major commercial insurance plans. This is a complicated process and nuanced to each clinical discipline.

    Insurance Plans Accepted by RoundTable Wellness

    Self-Pay Rate:

    • Mental health and Nutrition assessment - $150 each visit (assessments are done annually)

    • Mental health and Nutrition follow ups - $120 each visit

    • Outpatient skills groups- $50 per session

    • Intensive outpatient groups- $260 per day

  • Adult IOP is open to anyone (18+) and meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 2:00-5:00pm.

  • Adolescent IOP is open to anyone between the ages of 12-17. This group will meet Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 3:00-6:00pm. Family Group will meet every Tuesday between 3:15-4:00pm.

  • Adult IOP is open to anyone (18+). They meet three days a week, 3 hours each session, based on the need of the client group. We have a support group every other week for 1 hour where clients bring a loved one. Please call the Lafayette office to find out current scheduled dates and times.

  • Previous groups at RoundTable have included Body Liberation, DBT, and Intuitive Eating, Raising Intuitive Eaters (child eating), Expressive Art Therapy. We also recently started a Body Image group which we are excited about!
