Caitlin Black
Operations Director
Caitlin Black serves as the Operations Director for RoundTable Wellness, where she oversees daily operations and works to create a seamless experience for both clients and providers. She believes that strong operations are an essential foundation for excellent client care—creating an environment where clients and families feel supported and clinicians have the systems, resources, and support they need to do their best work.
In her leadership role, Caitlin works closely with the Executive Director and Directors of Mental Health and Nutrition Services to ensure that the clinical and operational areas of RoundTable Wellness remain connected and communicate effectively. She helps bridge the different functions of the organization, recognizing that providing high-quality multidisciplinary care requires strong collaboration not only among treatment providers, but throughout the entire organization.
Caitlin oversees and supports the systems and workflows that keep RTW functioning effectively day to day. She is continually looking for opportunities to strengthen processes, improve communication, solve problems, and create greater consistency across the organization. Her approach to operations emphasizes collaboration and responsiveness, with an understanding that even the systems clients may never see can have a meaningful impact on their experience of care.
Caitlin also holds important responsibilities related to Environment of Care and Joint Commission accreditation standards. She helps ensure that RoundTable Wellness maintains a physical environment that is safe, welcoming, and appropriately maintained for clients, families, employees, and visitors. Her work supports RTW's ongoing commitment to safety, quality, preparedness, and continuous improvement.
Driven by a commitment to accessible, high-quality care, Caitlin is passionate about helping RoundTable Wellness continue to grow thoughtfully while expanding access to specialized eating disorder treatment, therapy, and nutrition services. She values creating an organization where people feel supported and empowered, whether they are coming to RTW for care or coming to work each day to provide it.
Caitlin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2023. Outside of work, Caitlin can often be found with a Diet Coke in hand, making memories with family and friends, playing guitar and piano, hanging out with her cats, and trying new restaurants.
