Carl Torrence, LMHCA
Carl Torrence received his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA). He is passionate about working with individuals who desire to grow in their understanding of themselves and become the person they are called to be while pursuing a meaningful and fulfilling life.

He has experience working with individuals across all stages of life and utilizes a variety of evidence-based and integrative approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, Christian counseling, and trauma-informed care.
Outside of the counseling office, Carl serves as a Youth Pastor and enjoys playing volleyball with friends, spending time outdoors, hiking, and relaxing while listening to music. He believes that meaningful change happens through collaboration and looks forward to partnering with clients as they work toward healing, growth, and a greater enjoyment of life.
