Emily Ervin, MA, LMHC, NCC
Director of Mental Health Services
As Director of Mental Health Services, Emily provides clinical leadership and oversight for the mental health services at RoundTable Wellness. Drawing from her experience across multiple levels of eating disorder care, Emily works to ensure that RTW’s mental health services remain compassionate, collaborative, ethical, and grounded in high-quality clinical practice.
A central part of Emily’s leadership role is clinical supervision and the development of clinicians. She provides supervision to associate-licensed mental health providers, supporting them as they strengthen their clinical skills, navigate complex cases, develop confidence in their clinical judgment, and grow as eating disorder treatment professionals. Emily believes effective supervision should provide both support and accountability while creating space for curiosity, reflection, and continued learning.
Emily also works closely with organizational leadership to support clinical quality, safety, and consistency of care across RoundTable Wellness. She helps develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures, supports quality improvement efforts, and works to ensure that mental health services align with evidence-based practices, professional and ethical standards, and Joint Commission accreditation requirements.
Emily’s work as a doctoral candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision and an adjunct professor educating future counselors further informs her leadership at RoundTable Wellness. She is passionate about strengthening the education and training clinicians receive in eating disorders and neurodivergent-affirming care and helping professionals recognize when specialized treatment may be needed.
At the heart of Emily’s leadership is a commitment to developing strong clinicians and strong clinical systems so that every client who comes to RoundTable Wellness has access to thoughtful, ethical, compassionate, and specialized care.
