Kaylee is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with experience in community mental health and specialized training and experience in the treatment of eating disorders. She works with adolescents and adults and is passionate about creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, develop new ways of coping, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

Kaylee has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, bulimia and purging behaviors, anxiety, depression, and difficulties with emotion regulation. She also enjoys supporting young adults navigating life transitions, including the challenges that can come with developing independence, establishing identity, managing relationships, and adjusting to new roles and expectations.

Kaylee has a particular interest in working with performers, including actors, musicians, and dancers. She understands that performance environments can bring unique pressures related to body image, perfectionism, identity, achievement, comparison, and expectations surrounding appearance. Kaylee enjoys helping performers develop a healthier relationship with themselves while finding ways to pursue the activities and creative work that are meaningful to them.

Kaylee primarily incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) into her work. Through IFS, she helps clients approach different parts of themselves with curiosity and compassion, while DBT provides practical skills for managing intense emotions, tolerating distress, improving relationships, and navigating difficult moments. She also draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate to each client's individual needs and goals.

Outside of the therapy room, Kaylee can often be found surrounded by plants, enjoying musical theater, or spending quality time with the people she loves.
