Lead Dietitian — Carmel

As Lead Dietitian at RoundTable Wellness’s Carmel office, Leianna provides clinical leadership, guidance, and support to the Carmel team. Working closely with the Director of Nutrition Services, she helps support the delivery of high-quality eating disorder care while serving as an accessible clinical resource for providers and staff.

Leianna plays an important role in fostering collaboration across disciplines at the Carmel office. She leads clinical team meetings, helping create a space where providers can communicate about client care, share perspectives, problem-solve together, and benefit from the expertise of the multidisciplinary team. She believes that strong eating disorder treatment is built through collaboration and values helping clinicians feel connected and supported in their work.

Leianna has been part of the Carmel team since the office first opened and has played an important role in helping shape the culture that exists there today. She is committed not only to clinical excellence, but also to creating a workplace where staff feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
