Renee Tilt RDN, LD
Intake Coordinator & Marketing Director
In addition to serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director of RoundTable Wellness, Renee serves as the organization’s Intake Coordinator and Marketing Director—two roles that allow her to remain directly connected to the clients, families, professionals, and communities RTW serves.
As Intake Coordinator, Renee is often one of the first people individuals and families connect with when reaching out to RoundTable Wellness. It is a role she particularly values. Although she no longer provides direct clinical care, Renee spent many years practicing as a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorder treatment. Serving as Intake Coordinator allows her to continue helping people directly at an important moment: when they have made the decision to reach out for support and are trying to figure out what comes next.
Renee understands that seeking eating disorder treatment can feel overwhelming, and knowing where to begin is not always easy. Her clinical background allows her to understand basic questions about eating disorders, treatment, and the different services RTW provides, while her extensive knowledge of the organization helps her connect individuals with the providers and services that may best meet their needs.
Renee also brings significant knowledge of insurance, benefits, billing, and access to care to the intake process. She recognizes that understanding how to pay for treatment can be one of the most confusing and stressful parts of getting started. While every insurance plan and situation is different, Renee helps clients and families better understand their options, navigate the practical pieces of beginning services, and know what questions to ask along the way.
Most importantly, Renee wants people reaching out to RTW to feel that they are connecting with a person—not simply completing an intake process. She considers it a privilege to hear someone's story, answer their questions, ease some of the uncertainty about beginning treatment, and help them take that first step toward care.
As Marketing Director, Renee’s focus is similarly rooted in connection and access. She works to build relationships with healthcare professionals, treatment programs, schools, community organizations, and others who may encounter individuals affected by eating disorders. She believes outreach is about more than promoting services; it is about increasing awareness, strengthening relationships within the treatment community, and helping people know where specialized support is available when they need it.
For Renee, these roles provide an important connection between the organization she helps lead and the people it exists to serve. Whether she is helping an individual make their first appointment, answering a parent's questions, connecting with a referring professional, or building a new community partnership, she remains passionate about making specialized eating disorder care easier to understand, easier to access, and easier to find.
“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
