Renee Tilt RDN, LD
Co-Founder & Executive Director
Renee Tilt is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of RoundTable Wellness. She co-founded RoundTable Wellness in 2016 with a vision to expand access to specialized, comprehensive eating disorder treatment in Indiana and to create a place where individuals and families could receive collaborative care from professionals who truly understand eating disorders.
A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Renee earned her degree from Purdue University in 2002 and began working with individuals with eating disorders in 2005. Her years of direct client care gave her a deep appreciation for both the complexity of eating disorder recovery and the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to treatment. Those experiences ultimately shaped her vision for what RoundTable Wellness could become.
In 2019, Renee stepped away from direct nutrition care to focus fully on the growth and leadership of RoundTable Wellness. Since then, her work has centered on developing programs, strengthening clinical and operational systems, expanding access to specialized care, and bringing together professionals who share a commitment to compassionate, ethical, evidence-based eating disorder treatment.
Renee believes that excellent care is built through collaboration, trust, empathy, accountability, and a willingness to continually grow. As a servant leader, she strives to create an environment where clinicians and staff feel supported in doing meaningful work, where different disciplines learn from one another, and where decisions remain grounded in what best serves clients and their families.
Beyond the walls of RoundTable Wellness, Renee is passionate about strengthening the broader eating disorder community. She values collaboration with other treatment professionals and community partners and believes meaningful progress happens when providers work together rather than in isolation. She remains committed to increasing awareness of eating disorders, improving access to specialized treatment, and advocating for individuals and families seeking the care they deserve.
More than two decades after beginning her work in the eating disorder field, Renee continues to be inspired by the courage of individuals pursuing recovery. Watching RoundTable Wellness grow from an identified need in the Greater Lafayette community into the multidisciplinary organization it is today has only strengthened her commitment to its mission.
For Renee, the goal has never simply been to grow an organization. It is to build a place where excellent clinicians can do excellent work, clients and families can find hope, and meaningful recovery is possible.
“Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.”
