Sara Adams, RDE
Sara Adams is a dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals re-discover the joy of eating while supporting their current and future health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics with a minor in psychology and her Master of Science in Dietetics from Purdue University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. Sara practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES), all foods fit, and nutrition-by-addition perspective, providing evidence-based, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s unique needs and values. Through collaborative, client-centered care, Sara works alongside clients to help them achieve their health goals while building self-compassion and trust in themselves.
Sara has a special interest in working with clients in the areas of eating disorders and disordered eating, diabetes management, sports nutrition, and women’s health. Sara believes nutrition should be practical, accessible, sustainable, and individualized. Sara is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and strives to create a welcoming and affirming space for people of all body sizes, identities, genders, and backgrounds. She particularly enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
