Sierra Snapp, MA, LMHC, LCPC is a licensed mental health counselor with over six years of experience supporting individuals, students, and professionals in building meaningful, lasting change. She holds dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Educational Psychology, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Sierra’s approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of human behavior. She specializes in helping clients strengthen communication, navigate life transitions, improve emotional regulation, and develop practical skills for personal and professional growth.

In addition to her clinical work, Sierra has extensive experience in education and training, serving as an adjunct psychology professor and developing programs that support learning, leadership, and wellbeing.
